Quality Minds. Technical Knowledge.

That's what QMTK stands for — and what every session is built around. Sharper decisions, stronger technique, and a deeper understanding of the game. Train Smart. Play Smart.

🎯

Structured sessions, real curriculum

Every session builds specific skills. Not free play, not babysitting.

👦

Grouped by age and ability

Elementary and Middle School separated. A dedicated K–1 group will be added depending on sign-up volume. Every child appropriately challenged.

Coach with real credentials

Bundesliga player in Germany. AC Arlington pedigree. 1,000+ kids developed.

To raise the standard of youth soccer by developing players — and the coaches who shape them.

Three things we hold to, no exceptions.

01 — FUN FIRST

Fun first. Skill follows.

Kids who love the game keep playing. Kids who keep playing get great. That order matters.

02 — COACH THE COACHES

A great coach reaches more kids than a great trainer ever could.

That’s why we develop coaches, not just players. Better coaches everywhere means a better game for every kid.

03 — NO EGOS

No egos. No tryouts. Just the game.

We coach to develop, not to chase youth trophies. Every kid who walks in gets real instruction.

Questions parents ask

What ages is this for?
Group classes are built for K–5 (ages 5–10). This is the technical foundation window before club soccer — kids who develop with qmtk in elementary school typically enter club at U10/U11 ahead of peers who started club at U6. Private training is open to all ages, K through high school.
Are sessions split by age?
Yes. Elementary and Middle School groups run separately. A dedicated Kindergarten–1st grade group will be added depending on sign-up volume. Dedicated coaches for each group starting next season.
Does my child need prior experience?
No. Beginners are absolutely welcome. qmtk is designed to build fundamentals from the ground up.
How do I know what's happening each week?
Check this site — we post the full weekly session plan every week so you know exactly what's happening.
Are there tryouts?
No tryouts. Ever. qmtk is open enrollment — any child in the age range can sign up. We believe elite coaching should be accessible to every kid.
How do I register?
Group classes in Andover are registered through the Andover Recreation Department on MyRec. Click Enroll on this page. For private training, book through the link above or email noah@qmtk.org.
What should my child bring?
Soccer cleats or athletic shoes, shin guards, a ball (extras available), and water. Dress for the weather — sessions run rain or shine unless fields are unsafe.
Do sessions include scrimmages?
Yes. Every session ends with competitive scrimmage time — real game situations with goalies and proper goals. The best way to develop is to play.
Is qmtk coming to Reading?
Yes. qmtk is actively working to launch sessions in Reading. Interested Reading parents or rec officials should reach out to noah@qmtk.org.
Where are classes held?
Spring 2026 outdoor classes (Apr 27–Jun 12, Mon & Fri) are at Sanborn Elementary School — Lower Field, Andover. Private training locations are flexible. Reading-area sessions are coming soon.
How much does it cost?
Outdoor spring 2026 group classes are $260 for Andover residents and $275 for non-residents — covering the full outdoor session (Apr 27–Jun 12, Mon & Fri 5:50–6:50 PM at Sanborn Elementary). Private training is $85 per 60-minute session, billed through Square at booking.
